The seat/flotation tank supports are in and the interior is epoxy coated. Next is to add the tops. Need to cut the center and rear seat tops and scarf on the forward seat top ends. The seats tops are over sized and will be routed flush with the sides after installation.
To be continued.... headed out for a three week trip.

The daggerboard slot is finished and the keel is installed.

Now to decide. Sand and paint before flipping to finish the interior?? Brass 1/2 round rub strip to be attached to the keel.

The dagger board case is installed. The interior is twice epoxy coated before assembly. Cutting the slot in the hull took a little extra courage. Will now flip the boat and clean up the slot and install the keel strip. In case you noticed the dagger board is slightly offset to not interfere with the keel.

Installing the sides of the flotation tanks that become the seats.
They are shaped to fit then glued and glassed to the hull on both sides.
Beg and borrow as many clamps as possible, all types.

Back to the interior.

Bow flotation chamber and bow piece are installed. Tab for mast support is drilled to fit later.

Rear knees are installed as is the gunnel return. Screw holes filled with purpleheart plugs.  Just happened to have  enough for a few plugs.
And now moving on to the interior. This is the start of the framing for the flotation tank/seating for both sides.
